Frequently asked questions

How do I restore my Pro purchase?

Open the app and go to Settings → Restore Purchases. Your Pro upgrade is tied to your Apple ID, so it can be restored on any of your devices signed in with the same account.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Go to iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions and select Tip Stream. You can also reach this screen in-app via Settings → Manage Subscription.

Canceling stops future renewals; you keep Pro access until the end of the period you've already paid for.

How do I back up or export my data?

Go to Settings → Data Import / Export and export a CSV file. It contains all of your jobs and shifts and can be re-imported later or opened in any spreadsheet app.

Will I lose my data if I delete the app?

Yes. All of your data is stored only on your device — there is no server copy. Export a CSV backup from Settings → Data Import / Export before deleting the app.
